Lovin’ This Camera

The more I see and hear about the Panasonic HVX-200 the more I dig it. Serious HD footage via a M2 lens adapter combined with Magic Bullet and you have a great film look that if need be can go back to a film print. Here are some examples via DV Guru.

    agreed! just shot our short film with this camera (well, back in june). unfortunately we didn’t get to use a 35mm adapter, so we’ll be faking depthoffield in post for some shots, but great looking footage – and using the p2 system is fantastic. load your shots up on your laptop right there and start playing.
