I was looking for a few more studio scripts to download and came across last year’s The Departed:, which is also a good study. http://php.warnerbros.com/movies/warnerbros2006/thedeparted.html

I may have done something dumb. It’s possible I first read about The Departed for download on this site last year. The good news is there are so many scripts available for download now that you can actually forget which ones you’ve read. It really is a good thing if it becomes the norm for studios to post scripts online.

Paul — The funny thing is most of my daily site traffic comes from “The Departed Screenplay” Google searches. Michael Clayton is a close second now.
I can’t see why they wouldn’t. It’s free pr to get their films experienced in a different way for the audience and there are so many screenplays online already. Why not?
