When I was casting my short film The Face Of The Earth I came across an actor whom I thought was going to effortlessly make the transition to features for years to come. Powerful presence, confidence and grace. Franklin has moved on as I had suspected with many features to his credit like Invincible and television roles like the one featured in Martin Scorsese’s Boardwalk Empire.
